ABOUT THE WARRANTY

 WHY REGISTER FOR YOUR WARRANTY?

This warranty gives assurance to South Bay Board Co. customers that we our responsible for every product we deliver to your doorsteps and we want to give you your protection rights in buying, because we value every dollar you spend with us.

 WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?

This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, South Bay Board Co. will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

 WHAT WILL WE DO TO SOLVE PROBLEMS?

South Bay Board Co. will either replace the product at no charge, given the defect was due to material and workmanship.

 HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The warranty period for Surfboards , Paddle Boards, Wakesurf Boards, Body Boards and Skimboards purchased from our company is 30 days from the date of purchase.

 WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, damage of a product resulting from negligence, damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product, damage caused by natural disaster or theft and loss of product.

 WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

To obtain warrant service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
